Booking Terms and Conditions
Ella Shelby reserves the right to cancel any appointment if the energy between us does not resonate. If this happens, you will receive a full refund. However, please be aware that I cannot read for you again. Additionally, no refund will be issued if you disregard this policy and book another appointment.
Recording readings is strictly prohibited. If recorded, the session will end immediately with no refund.
Please ensure you leave the correct contact details at the time of booking.
Reading Conditions
Intuitive Ella Shelby at Para Intelligence aims to ensure that you have a positive reading experience. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied within the first 10 minutes of your reading, please inform Ella during the session. She will provide a full refund immediately, and your credit will be processed within 7 days.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Appointment Terms and Conditions
Intuitive Ella Shelby at Para Intelligence aims to provide the best experience while using her services. Please take note if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Rescheduling Your Appointment With Required Notice
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. No fee will be charged for the first reschedule.
Rescheduling Your Appointment More Than Once
If you reschedule the same appointment more than once, providing at least 48 hours notice each time, you will incur an administrative fee of £8.00 for each subsequent reschedule.
Rescheduling Your Appointment Without Required Notice
If you reschedule your appointment without giving at least 48 hours notice, you will forfeit any payment already made and will need to pay the full amount for your new appointment.
Cancelling Your Appointment With Required Notice
If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, a £8.00 administrative charge will apply, and the rest of your payment will be refunded.
Cancelling Your Appointment Without Required Notice
If you cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
Failing to Attend Your Appointment
You will not receive a refund if you do not attend your appointment.
Under Exceptional Circumstances

If this happens, you may reschedule your appointment without penalty, even if you couldn’t provide the required notice or did not attend.
